3. How We Use Your Information
Your personal data is used for the following purposes:
- To provide coaching services: Managing our contractual obligations to deliver services to you.
- To communicate with you: Sending you important information regarding changes to our policies, other terms and conditions, online services, and other administrative information.
- To deliver the Wayfinding Snapshot: Sending you your result and keeping a record of the orientation you received, so that we can answer questions about it later.
- For marketing purposes: Subject to your prior express consent, we may use personal data to send you marketing updates, promotions, and offers via email. Consent is given by ticking an unticked box, and never as a condition of receiving something you have asked for.
4. Legal Basis for Processing

5. Sharing Your Personal Data
We do not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
We do use a small number of service providers who process personal data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:
- MailerLite — email delivery and subscriber management. Receives your name, your email address and, if you completed it, your Wayfinding Snapshot orientation.
- Netlify — website hosting. Processes technical information such as your IP address in its server logs as part of serving these pages to you.
- Calendly — appointment scheduling. If you book a conversation, it receives the details you enter when booking.
- Stripe — payment processing and invoicing. If you buy a programme or a paid session, it receives your name, email address, payment details and billing country, and any business name or VAT number you choose to provide.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is governed by the safeguards in our agreement with them, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Data Security
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized access, and other unlawful or unauthorized forms of Processing.

- Rectification: You are entitled to request that we correct any inaccuracies in your personal data.
- Erasure: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for us to retain it.
- Withdrawal of Consent: Where the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
8. Use of Cookies
